I'm replacing my rear shocks with the Bilstein B6 Performance shock and I'm wondering about some parts that are in the PET catalog.

Specifically, part 4, 5 and 6.

The instructions say to install just like the OEM shocks. The problem is that the PO didn't use these so I don't have them.

I can find part #6 (here is an image from Stoddard).

Part #5 is just a big washer but I have no idea what part #4 looks like. PET calls it a cap and its part number is: 91433350300. If it is just a dust cap, then the shocks I bought already have one.

Any help/advice would be most welcome.

Thanks.

Original stop has washer bonded into it. They were worthless and crumble in about a year. Use washer from old stop and just stack the new one shown just like it was bonded to the washer, will work fine. Shop around for stops, you should be able to get two for that price.

Bilsteins should not need an external bump stop, especially if you install springs stiffer than original.
