Short story behind the creation of this music video:
My brother worked for IBM for 40 years, most of his time was spent in their internal group responsible for long-range future planning. No surprise then that now being recently retired, he’s embraced AI and started a “band” with its own YouTube channel. Six weeks ago, we went on a road trip from Chicago to Rock Hill, SC to pick up Andy Miller’s one-owner Bumblebee and bring it back to Chicago where Andy’s brothers Norm and Vince will restore it for him. Inspired by that trip, my brother created the music video “Bumblebee Road Trip”.

Here's a picture of Andy with the car loaded up for its trip to Chicago.

Sounds like the car has a good story behind it. I'd love to hear it. Not many original owners around, and it's an LE. Is it going back to its original colors?

Please tell AI never to put a duckbill spoiler and a Porsche crest on a BB (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Jeff, Yes it is on your list, 4742914919. He's the original owner. Car has been inoperable for a number of years. Engine was removed and heads taken to a shop for rebuilding, then shop closed and heads nowhere to be found. Norm and Vince will be in search of new heads, but most of the other parts are there.

Fiacra, Fun fact - the all black color you see is original. Turns out when he bought it, the dealership told him it was ugly and they would paint over the yellow for free. I'm wondering if these sat around unsold at the time and the dealer being in Manchester, NH got tired of having it on the lot? But, yes, the plan is to restore it to what it looked like when the dealer received it, not when they sold it. Regarding AI and the video, did you also notice the 2 passenger side view mirrors?
