Its been really cold around here - in the teens - and I went to put something in the 914's rear trunk, and the push button basically came out in my hand. It was one piece with the spring behind it.

Any suggestions on how to get it back in there? It's been too cold to really do investigations.

Thanks,
Bruce.

Provide us a Pic. the cylinder is secured with a large nut which may have simply backed off...
or something froze & broke.
