73 model had 1.7 or 2.0 selection. Your speedometer being 150mph means these were from a 2.0 most probably.
The biggest question here is: does the odometer work? One way to test it is to use a square bit in your drill IN REVERSE and insert it where the speedometer cable connects to. Your speedometer needle will get to speed and you should add a mile after a while. Your trip odometer will move too! Good luck with the sale! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |
