Can anyone point me to a source for a crimping tool designed for non-insulated double-barrel flag connectors? (aka quick disconnect 90-degree). Preferably ratcheting. I have searched my fingers off and contacted several vendors (Snap-on, Sargent, etc.)
I have a few of these that need replacing (i.e., brake switch, horns). ![]() It appears Belmetric has the correct terminals, but they can't point me to an appropriate tool. Open barrel crimping pliers won't work as there isn't clearance for the flag. I saw a related thread on the forum, but it's focused on insulated terminals. Thanks. |

Thanks. I've seen similar, but I believe they are only suitable for single-barrel terminals. I may have to pick a less original looking terminal. A poster over on Pelican pointed out this VW kit he picked up 40 years ago. That would be convenient to have about now! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |
