While working on other electrical gremlins I had the headlight switches out.
It seemed like it was heating up when on; almost hot. The related issue: when headlight's on, one of the dash turn signal lights comes on ? Is my switch shorting out ? |

I was going to ask how you know if the car is warm in SoCal, but figure that you can indeed tell. Both turn signals? I know that the signals are supposed to work in daytime, so a connection between the switches isn’t expected. |

I had the switch out where I could check it out. Attached thumbnail(s) ![]() |

Were the headlamps in use when you checked the temperature at the switch? A few days back you mentioned there was an issue with your turn signal indicator not functioning correctly. Is there a common thread here? I have lots of 76 parts if you want to throw parts at it until you find the problem. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
